Great post. 19 Months sober here. I can't imagine staying sober without Living and practicing Step 11 & 12 of the 12 steps of Alcoholics Anonymous. It's not a about will power. It's about letting Gods will (not your will) be done. Pro tip: Your higher power, God, can be whatever god you choose so long as it's not yourself.

Just been back to choir for the first time in a fortnight after being laid low with a cold, and that was a massive release of tension. I'd almost forgotten how therapeutic it is. So yeah: sing! I'd add that to the list.
